Description:

We can paint a roller shutter in a SPECIAL COLOUR, which means any colour and even different colours on a single product. For example, the shutter curtain can be painted in one or two colours, while the shutter box with the guide rails is painted in a third colour. The paints can also come in shades that are not part of the RAL colour standard, which comprises more than two hundred colour shades. The customer, on their own or with our help, chooses the desired shade of the SPECIAL COLOUR, or variations with combined painting of the product, and we bring their request to life. In this case the cost of the finished product increases by 10% over the price of an equivalent shutter in standard colours. Roller shutters are a curtain of slats that moves vertically, joined together by movable locks. They provide protection against intrusion by unauthorised persons. To raise and lower the shutter curtain, cassette control by means of a cord, operated from inside the room, is used. If the curtain weighs more than 8 kg, a geared cassette is used. It is a plastic box with a handle, inside which a pulley is mounted, onto which the cord is wound. Roller shutters protect the glass from mechanical damage and have earned a reputation as a reliable defence against break-ins. The product consists of a slat made from an extruded aluminium single-walled profile with rectangular holes. A curtain of such slats is a solid metal section with increased strength. The sound and heat conductivity of the extruded profile is higher than that of the foam-filled one, so such roller shutter systems provide weaker protection against outside noise, frost and sun. On the other hand, they are far more resistant to break-ins and mechanical damage. The extruded РАЕ42 profile is used for openings up to 3700 mm (up to 3200 mm in height), such as gazebos, windows of residential premises, and shops in shopping centres.
