Sheet-bending services

At the first stage of the process, the sheet metal is cut to size on equipment for cutting (shearing) flat rolled metal, for example a guillotine or a plasma unit.

Then, using a hydraulic sheet-bending press, the metal blanks are given the required shapes and configuration through elastic-plastic deformation. The correctness of the sheet metal bending is checked manually. After the first products are bent, the conformity of the resulting shapes and part dimensions with the drawing is verified. If there are deviations in the dimensions of the products obtained, the equipment settings are adjusted. Once the parameters have been fine-tuned, the entire batch of sheet-metal products is produced, with periodic spot measurements of the finished parts taken during the run. Sheet metal up to 600 mm wide and up to 6000 mm long is used.
