At the first stage of the technological process, sheet metal is cut on equipment for cutting (cutting) flat metal, for example, a guillotine or a plasma installation.

Then, using a hydraulic bending press, the metal blank is given the necessary shapes and configuration by elastic-plastic deformation. Control of the correctness of sheet metal bending is carried out in manual mode. After bending the first products, the compliance with the drawing of the obtained shapes and the size of the parts is checked. If there are deviations in the standard sizes of the products received, the equipment settings are adjusted. Upon completion of the adjustment of parameters, the entire batch of sheet metal products is produced, while selective measurements of finished parts are periodically carried out. Sheet metal up to 600mm wide and up to 6000mm long is used.
