It is a lamella made of extruded aluminum profile, with internal cavities without foam filling, with stiffening ribs. The canvas of such lamellas is a solid metal section with increased strength. The sound and heat conductivity of an extruded profile, unlike a foam-filled one, is higher, therefore, such roller shutter systems protect worse from external noise, frost and sun. But they are much more resistant to breaking and mechanical damage. The PAE55 profile is applicable to openings up to 4000 mm (height up to 3700 mm), such as windows, doors, wide openings.
