It is used in roller shutter systems with a stable power supply, where emergency opening in the event of a power outage is not required for the space. It is typically used in roller shutters for windows and doors, small roller shutter garage gates, and roller shutter grilles for shop displays. These motors have sensors that detect obstacles in the curtain's path and can be set to two sensitivity levels. This function can be disabled. The auto-stop function on obstacle detection is triggered in two cases: 1) When raising the shutter — for example, when the shutter curtain freezes in winter — the motor can detect the resistance and stop winding the curtain to protect the motor from damage. 2) When an obstacle is encountered during downward movement, the motor meets resistance and stops immediately if the curtain touches the obstacle. Neither the obstacle nor the shutter curtain will be damaged.
