Description:
Roller shutter auto-lock. The name itself indicates that the lock locks automatically. It is used when a cassette mechanism for raising and lowering the shutter curtain is installed. The auto-locks are fitted into the bottom bar on the right and the left. The metal cord running from the auto-lock is threaded through the eyes of the end caps (side locks 39 auto and 45 auto) and fixed to a slat of the shutter curtain. When the curtain is raised, the metal cord tensions the spring, and the locking bolts withdraw from the drilled holes in the guide rails. When the curtain is lowered, the spring releases, and the locking bolts enter the holes in the guide rails — and that is how locking takes place.
