3. Then, using a screwdriver, push the spring mechanism inside the shaft to remove it from the box.

4. After removing the shaft, we need to remove the spring from it. This is also done with a screwdriver.

Now we need to find a new spring.

4. The next step is to wind the shaft away from you. With an average roller shutter size, this is 8-10 turns. We recommend winding one more turn, as the spring may stretch during use.

5. Then attach the traction springs to the shaft. After that, open and close the roller shutter to check the spring operation.
