How can you operate the roller shuttle with the remote control and the key together?

  In the last newsletter we announced the topic of simultaneous control of the rollette by remote control (remote control) and key. Why is it necessary? For example, the client wants the remote control is always in the car, in the house he enters through the garage and therefore inside the garage for him enough key to close the gate or garage. Or another situation, when all the roller shutters in the house are closed with the help of remote control and group control, and want that some windows can be opened separately. And finally the most trivial. Remote control lost or as always the battery in the remote control sat unexpectedly, and here would be very useful key switch. In general, the customer's wish is the law.

    To begin with it is necessary to tell that in general there are 3 ways of automatic engine control.

 

1. The first method is the simplest - it is with the help of a key switch, which is directly (or through contactors) directly connected to the motor. Combine such a switch with a remote control, of course, you can, but you need to build a rather bulky protection, which is necessary to ensure that, for example, if you turn on the remote control motor movement up, someone did not press the key movement down. If this happens, the motor will of course burn out. For this reason, this method is not used. Although only 2 time relays and 2 contactors are needed to realize this protection. 
2. The second method is the most expensive and the most advanced. It is developed by Nero Electronics and is based on the control of motors with the help of home wiring. I.e. a coded high-frequency signal is transmitted through the power network. A receiver must be installed on each motor, which can decode this signal and start the motor according to the given command. For the control are installed seemingly ordinary switches, but they do not actually turn off anything, but transmit a coded signal through the power network to the central panel (or central switch), which is decoded by it and then the central panel controls the motors. Such a system is used by Nero Electronics in its Nero and Nero II product lines. These systems are used in places where it is not possible to connect a conventional remote control (air) or if the air is too noisy.
3. And finally the most optimal control option in our case - is the use of conventional remote control. The photo is located below.
