Instructions for converting the spring-inertial mechanism from left-hand to right-hand mounting

Today we will show you how to retrofit the spring-inertial mechanism of security roller shutters from left-hand to right-hand mounting.

We have prepared a video to show how it is done.

Procedure for changing the mounting side of the roller shutter spring:

1. Take a special puller for the locking ring and remove it.

2. Next, remove the internal adapter.

3. Now repeat the same steps with the external adapter.

4. Next, put the external adapter in place of the internal adapter and fix it with the locking ring.

5. And now we perform the same manipulations with the external adapter.

We have successfully retrofitted the internal adapter of the spring-inertial mechanism for right-hand mounting instead of left-hand mounting.
